Located in a small residence of only 8 apartments, on second floor without an elevator, the apartment is 35m² with a 15m² balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, induction hob, cooking hood, micro wave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker.
Living room with couch, coffee table, plasma TV with the TV channels, internet and Netflix with a special session for the guest.
Trolley with desk, washing machine and closets.
Bathroom with a shower, washbasin cabinet with storage and a towel warmer. Toilette separated from the bathroom. Fully furnished bathroom (towel, shampoo …).

Room with dressing and integrated storage – bed 140cm x 190 cm.
Ski room available on the first floor of the building.
Free WIFI.

the surroundings of the apartment:
The Aravis mountain range is full hikes for everyone. A few minutes away from the apartment you will find the departure of the hike that goes to the Tête du Danay. During the winter you will be able to go skiing in both ski resort of Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz which are at 4km from Saint Jean de Sixt.


Access:
Parking spot in front of the apartment. In winter snow chains or snow tires are the minimum required.
If you don’t want to use your car during your stay there is inter-station shuttles (winter and summer) at a 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Good to know: after your arrival I will give you a bus card that will allow you to take the shuttle for free to go to La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand.
The bus 62/63 allow you to go Annecy during the whole year.

Length of stay:
3 night minimum
Departure for 12h00 – arrival for 16h00
200€ deposit is asked.
the cleaning isn’t at your charge; in return I’ll ask you to leave the apartment as clean as you found it.
In case of abuse, 70€ will be taken from your deposit.

the apartment is located in a building with others apartment so there is some rules that you have to respect about the noise for example. You will find all those rules with the reservation contract.
