The massage acts on the circulatory, figestive, lympathic, muscular and nervous system. It improves skin texture, metabolism, energy, psychology, stress management and self-esteem.

I offer "wellness" massages :
- The relaxing, sporty, Swedish massage made to measure from 30 to 90min. Ideal to relax, take time for yourslef, after a ski, bike or hiking trip...
- The short massage of 20 to 30 min will combine relaxation and meditation for children or adults. it acts on relaxation, self-confidence, self-esteem and imagination.
- The chair massage, for those who do not want to undress or have little time.
- Possibility of group and event services.

At home : from 9am to 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday
At the office : from 12pm to 7pm on Monday and Saturday and from 9am to 7pm on Friday.
