From the Col de la Croix-Fry, the route follows the 4x4 track going up to the Beauregard plateau, a hilly track with a steady climb from the beginning.
The route then climbs up a steep but fairly short path again to the Colomban d´en Haut farm, from which we overlook the entire Beauregard plateau.
The track gives way to a technical single descending strewn with roots and stones.
The rest of the route passes through a superb wetland, with the summit of Mont-Blanc as a background. The course does not become less technical because it remains hilly with many roots and a few trialising passages. This loop ends gently until the Col de la Croix Fry.
