The city

Annecy is the capital of Haute-Savoie region. Annecy Lake can be compared to a waterside resort thanks the wondeful beaches, the sports activities and all the attractions.
The blue waters contrast with the brilliant green alpine meadows high in the background.

The villages on the lake edges (Talloires, Veyrier, Saint-Jorioz, Duingt, Doussard), the museums and castles are reachable by foot or on bicycle.

The topography of Lake Annecy banks is mountainous, to the delight of the mountain bikers, hikers and paraglider.
The take off sites at the Forclaz and Planfait are some of the most used in the whole world.
