The Montenvers and the Mer de Glace

Starting from Chamonix, this famous rack and pinion railway brings you to the Montenvers site at 1913 meters in altitude. There, an imposing panorama of the Mer de Glace glacier, the Drus and the Grandes Jorasses awaits you.
Discover the glacier by going into the ice cave, carved into the glacier's heart.

L'Aiguille du Midi

Take place in the most beautiful cable car of the world to reach the Aiguille du Midi.
From its height of 3,777m, the Aiguille du Midi and its laid-out terraces offer a 360° view of all the French, Swiss and Italian Alps. A lift brings you to the summit terrace, at 3,842m in altitude, to discover the most breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc.
The more fearless could test the impressive attraction Le Pas dans le Vide (A Step into the Void), a 2.50 m glass cage out over a 1000 m precipice. A product of modern architectural and technical prowess which, for sure, will provides you some chills !
