Le Cabanon becomes Le Cairn. We are pleased to welcome you in a gastronomic, warm and relaxed atmosphere. Let us guide you through our menus where fresh, seasonal and local products are the main ingredients.
It all started in 2011 when we met on the benches of the hotel school in Thonon-Les-Bains. After a year of travelling and discovering other horizons, we continued to enrich our experience in different establishments in France: Le Cœur du Village in La Clusaz, Le Prieuré Baumanière (1* Michelin) in Villeneuve lès Avignon, l'Auberge sur Les Bois in Annecy...
To exercise our passion in our own restaurant has always been our objective. It is therefore with pride that we are moving to St Jean de Sixt, closer to our origins.
Taking over the Cabanon is a new adventure for us, Charline in the dining room and Adrien in the kitchen. We are pleased to welcome you to our 25-seat restaurant to share our passion.
